Operating Segments

Return to Financial Consolidation Model Overview.

The Operating Segments report uses balance segment to present the financial performance of a company's operating segments. Operating segments are components of a company that engage in business activities from which the company may earn revenues and incur expenses and are regularly evaluated to assess performance. The balance segment cube stores financial data from multiple operating segments. The report includes financial information such as Profit/Loss lines and balance sheet lines like assets and liabilities, broken down by operating segment
