Month_YTD Dimension (Financial Consolidation)

Return to Financial Consolidation Model Overview.

The Month_YTD dimension holds figures in monthly granularity. All figures are stored as Year-To-Date figures which is the range of beginning of the fiscal year until the end of each month. The dimension is created and maintained through the Time Editor.

Some of the settings are mandatory for the models to work correctly, as indicated in the table below. Please note that the settings for “Past”, “Future” and “Fiscal Year Start” should be set up according to the “Day” Dimension.

At least one year earlier than the current year in which actual figures are reported.

At least three years later than the current year in which actual figures are reported.

Empty or January: Reports use calendar year January – December
Note that other elements may be used to indicate the fiscal year, such as February, March, etc. Reports will use the fiscal year starting in the selected month.
